Amending the constitution
The ANC’s constitution can only be amended by a two-thirds majority of delegates present and voting at the National or Special Conference.
Notice of intent to propose any amendments to the Constitution should be forwarded to the Office of the Secretary General at least three months before the National or Special Conference.
The NEC shall give at least one month`s notice for any Constitutional amendment.
